Very cozy holiday home in Nyehusen at the end of the street with 1200 m2 plot of land surrounded by pine forest. 400 m to the sea and the lovely beach. The area has a tennis court, football field, boules, etc. and close to golf courses. The area offers good fishing in Helge Å.

This newly renovated cottage of 70 m2 has everything needed for a pleasant stay. 1 bedroom with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a loft with two beds. Open area between kitchen and living room with sofa, TV and dining area. Modern kitchen: stove / oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Shower / WC with washing machine.

Around the house there is large furnished wooden deck which is partially covered with roof. Grill, 6 bikes and a trampoline are available.

Non smoking and no pets. Distance ocean / beach about 400 m, shop in Yngsjö 4 km, fishing 1.5 km (Helge river), Ahus 11 km, Kristianstad 28 km, popular Martins Rökeri 1 km. Good bus connections to Åhus and Kristianstad.

Cleaning is performed by the tenant. In addition a guest cottage of 15 m2 with 4 beds can be rented.
