Lakeside cottage in Utveda, Vätö. Two cottages, one larger of 65m² together with a guest house of 30m². Ground plot is about 2,500m² and has a large lawn with a view towards the adjacent swimming lake, only 150 mts away.

The main cottage is surrounded by a large veranda with sunshine from morning to evening. The cottage was totally renovated during 2012. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop and micro. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the cottage. The larger room with a double bed and wardrobe wall. The smaller bedroom has a family bunk bed, the bottom bunk is 120*200 and the upper bunk is 90*200 together with a wardrobe. Social area with a corner sofa, TV, dining area and a fireplace heating stove. The cottage is winterized.

The guest house was renovated in 2018 and has a bathroom with shower and WC, small bedroom with a bunk bed together with one larger room with a double bed, smaller dining area and TV. The cottage also has a kitchen equipped with a fridge (with ice box) and an induction cooktop. Wi-Fi via fibre optics in both cottages.

Playhouse, swings and trampoline available on the plot together with various toys for outside use as well as parlour games.

The cottage is located near a well assorted country store, about 5 minutes by car together with several swimming spots. Circa 15 minutes by car to Norrtälje city centre.
