The house was built in 2016, and is located in Degeberga, only a few kilometers away from the ocean (biking distance). A public outdoor swimming pool is also available within walking distance. The area has several golf courses and golf clubs. The closest one only 5 km away. Hiking alongside waterfalls, fields, or in hilly forrest environment.
