Nice holiday home of 62 m2 with 4+2 beds on a lovely private plot surrounded by a charactersitic Öländsk stone wall. The house has a large patio at the back facing south with outdoor furniture and there are also the remains of an old stone barn, where you can grill and have dinner.

The kitchen has a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Open floor plan with living room and dining area. TV screen with chromecast but no channels and no wifi/internet. Bathroom with shower & WC. Three bedrooms, downstairs with a bunk bed and upstairs there is a bedroom with two box spring beds and a bedroom with two cozy sleeping alcoves with mattresses on the floor.

Nearest beach is available at Äleklinta, approx. 5 km, on the west side or in Kårehamn, approx. 7 km, on the east side where there is also a nice restaurant and fish shop. About 15 km to Borgholm with restaurants, patisserie, shops etc.
