Modern house with private beach and jetty at Lake Floren. Secluded location in the deep forests of Småland approx. 20 km south of Värnamo.
Lovely large terrace facing west with a beautiful sunset, in early spring and autumn you can enjoy the evening sun in the glazed conservatory.
Lake Floren is approx: 2 km long, boats with motors can be arranged for those interested in fishing, the lake offers good fishing for perch, zander, pike and bream.
Fishing licenses can be bought from us on site, online or at Coop in Bor.
The house is a one-story wooden house, built in 2002 with six beds.
Well-behaved four-legged friends are also welcome.
Three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with 2 single beds in each room.
The third bedroom equipped with a double bed and exit to the conservatory.
Two toilets, one of which has a shower, jacuzzi and sauna. Laundry room with washing machine.
The house's natural gathering point is the large combined kitchen and living room with fireplace, TV is available and free WiFi is included.
Kitchen equipped with freestanding fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as everything else you need in a modern home.
There is also a charcoal grill for those who like to cook outdoors.
If desired, towels and sheets can be rented at an additional cost.
This is not a party house, we are looking for quiet tenants who appreciate nature and the environment and who are careful with other people's property.

We enjoyed a week in the autumn in this comfortable house. The view on the lake is deligjtfull. Very good beds and all the things you need are there. The countryside is beautifull and the possibilities for walking are great. Matthias is very helpfull which added to a very nice week in Småland.

A very well-kept accommodation in a typical country house style, with a huge paradisiacal garden and a breathtaking view of the lakeThe host family were very friendly and helpful. an unforgettable week. definitely recommended without reservation. In addition, we were able to take our two cute pomeranian with us without any problems. Of course they liked it too.
