In the small village with limestone white houses and hollyhocks between Löderup and Hannas, you will find the small white house on the edge of the village. The small but cozy house has several small nooks and crannies where you can find just your own little cozy corner - framed by views in two directions. In the splendid little garden you will find several possible seats, garden furniture, barbecue, berry bushes and - the gem of the house - the wonderful outdoor shower with the fields like a rolling green sea right next to it and perhaps the most beautiful view in the village!

Welcome to the village's coziest house! From the tambour you enter the small, simple, but fully equipped, kitchen (no dishwasher). Adjacent is the dining room, with seating for 8 people and a stove for cozy indoor evenings. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two. The bathroom is completely newly renovated (2022), with shower and washing machine.

In the house there are two sleeping lofts: a larger one above the kitchen (2-3 beds) and a smaller one in the living room (2 beds). The large loft has a lockable gate, so it is safe for small children to sleep and play there. These lofts are reached by stairs.

Please note that the cabin is not at all suitable for people with limited mobility. It is an old house, with small rooms and low ceilings in all rooms. There is a narrow door to the bathroom and kitchen, and there is no possibility to live in the house with a wheelchair or walker. But it is a rural idyll for the couple or the small family who wants to enjoy lovely summer evenings, with a barbecue and cozying up in front of the stove. Bikes are available to borrow for two adults.

In the village there are farm-grown vegetables for sale and a small boules court. Within cycling distance you will find Österlen's best pizza and ice cream (Örum 119 and Frusen Glädje). In Löderup (approx. 3 km away) is Solhällan, Österlen's best music scene, and there is also a grocery store and good bus connections to Ystad and Simrishamn. The fantastic beaches Sandhammaren, Mälarhusen and Hagestad nature reserve (with Dag Hammarskiöld's Backåkra) are approx. 9 km away.

Sheets/towels included. Cleaning and washing of bed linen/towels is carried out by the tenants. Deposit for cleaning is SEK 1,500. This amount is refunded after the end of the rental period.

The cancellation condition Medium is applied to this booking. In that case, cancellation without debiting applies at the latest at 23:59 30 days before the agreed arrival date and cancellation with debiting of fifty (50) percent of the agreed rental amount if cancellation takes place at the latest at 23:59 14 days before the agreed arrival date.
