A PATIO THAT HAS EVERYTHING,
The house and grounds are situated high and provide an almost unreal view. Here is the perfect place to enjoy sunsets and starry evenings. Here you have your very own holiday oasis all to yourself.

The balcony is beautifully integrated with the mountain, which creates a feeling of being really close to nature. Early in the morning you can sneak down the mountain barefoot and take a morning dip in the heated pool. Bring your coffee and enjoy in one of the deckchairs waiting at the edge of the pool. On the balcony by the house there is a large dining table with room for all guests. Next to it is both a charcoal grill and a gas grill, everything you need for a memorable BBQ evening.

There is also a Kennel, for small dogs, adjacent to the house.

The gym has Appel TV, cross trainer, treadmill, free weights, etc. The grounds also have a trampoline for playful moments, as well as a small slide and swings for the little ones.

THE SURROUNDINGS, perfect for cycling & walking
The house is located on Orust with one of the most beautiful views imaginable. Here it is sunny from early morning to late evening (21.30).

If you want to hike, there are nice forest walks behind the house, or you can get to Varekil via the cycle path, by bike or by walking. Varekil is 3.8 km away.

RESTAURANTS & CAFE
The nearest pizzeria is 3.7 km from the house. In Varekil there is a shop, pizzeria and lunch restaurant, as well as a gas station. Or you cycle towards Tjörn and at Tjörn you take the small roads via Mjörn to Sundsby Säteri. There is a super nice restaurant with a cafe, good food and delicious pastries. At the same time, you can visit the caves and hike in the mountains.

SWIMMING PLACES
Pack the picnic basket and take yourself to the nearest natural swimming spot (2.5 km). You can get there by bike via cycle path or take a walk. Public swimming areas are otherwise available in several places on Orust & Tjörn. Lilla Askerön's nice bathing spot is only 2.4 km, but a worse road to cycle there on.

Welcome, as soon as you drive up the driveway to the house you understand that it is a wonderful place you have come to. The house is a sutter meadow villa where you walk on the second floor. On the ground floor you have the laundry room and the gym.

Second floor
On this floor there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and a family room, with a lovely balcony facing the forest.
The upper floor
Via another staircase you get to the heart of the house. Here is the kitchen and living room with the fantastic view and direct exit via large sliding doors to the wonderful patio and pool.
