An archipelago villa with jetty and possibly an al

Hello! We rent out our lovely archipelago villa. It is located on Jordö, 50 m from the sea where the jetty (shared with our neighbor) with a nice aluminum boat (Master 510 with 70 hp four-stroke engine, GPS and sonar) is moored. The boat is not included in the price, but can be rented separately for SEK 6,000 per week (only rented weekly!). A wonderful archipelago adventure can begin for you, your family and friends. The house, which is 105 square meters in size, has three bedrooms with two beds in each. There are actually two real bedrooms as the third is a walk-through room to one of the regular bedrooms. However, it is a good room for an overnight stay. The house is equipped with most of the things you are used to using in your regular accommodation.
We think the best thing about the house is its fantastic and large social areas, i.e. a large open living room, a large glassed-in dining area which leads to a large terrace with a glass railing facing the sea. From the glazed dining area and the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic sea view and the beautiful oak and beech forest that embraces the house. A few minutes' walk leads to the area's small, but cozy beach. The house is well weather protected in the Listerby archipelago, which is the finest part of the Ronneby - Karlskrona archipelago. Beautiful, open, easily accessible islands and reed-fringed bays can be found in every direction. Carlskrona Golf Club's beautiful golf course is within cycling distance, or a few minutes' drive. The course is located as part of a nature reserve, embedded in oak and beech forest and bordered by sea inlets. If you enjoy long walks or jogging, you've come to the right place. Several beautiful, well-marked hiking trails are available. A good tip is to download the application ARK56. Via it, you get updated information on most things related to Blekingen nature, activities and infrastructure within the outdoor area.

Even if you live in the middle of the archipelago, it is easy to use the car. A well-maintained driveway leads up to the house. By car you can drive to Ronneby or Karlskrona in about twenty minutes, Nättraby and Hasslö are half that distance.
