Summer house in Åhus

Rent this beautiful private summer house in the south of Sweden only about 100 m from the beach. It is located in the city of Åhus known for its beautiful beach, fabulous ice-cream of Otto (Ottoglass) and production of Absolute Vodka. A perfect location to spend some time for relaxing and explore the neighborhood. Only about 100 m from the house, you will find the sea with crystal clear water and about 300 m away is an outdoor swimming pool located. After 10 min walk and you are in the center of Åhus with restaurants, bars and shops. Grocery stores are also located here. With the car it takes approximately 20 min to reach Kristianstad, a town with sweet houses and a beautiful nature around.

The house contains a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa with TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a master bedroom containing a double bed and a bathroom including washing machine and a dryer. On the upper floor you will find 2 single beds in separate rooms and a balcony with view over the sea. Outside of the house you will find tables and chairs and possibility to barbecue. WiFi is included.

Check-in from 15.00 and check-out until 11 am. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guests themselves. Cleaning is done by the guests before departure. No pets. No smoking permitted.
