Lovely house with bath and jetty right next door, at the lake Havbältesfjorden.

Quiet location in southern Småland ca: 40 km south of Växjö. Close to the Blekinge border. Here you live in the countryside near animals.

Lovely large west-facing terrace, with connection to the kitchen. Glazed terrace that is easy to open up.

You have the house for yourselves. The house is a single-storey house with a basement, where the basement is not available to tenants.

There are four bedrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed (Queen size 140 cm). Bedroom 2: double bed (180cm)and crib and an 80-cm wide bed for children/youth (this bed is not full length).
Bedroom 3: double bed (Queen size 140 cm). Bedroom 4: a single bed and lots of storage space. There are also two extra beds/guest beds in the house that can be used if needed.

A bathroom with toilet and bath with shower.

The natural focal point of the house is the large combined kitchen and living room with TV.
Large kitchen equipped with free standing fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave and most of the things you need in a modern home.

There is also a charcoal grill for those who like to cook outdoors.

Large lovely plot! About 180 meters to the lake with swimming.

Dogs are welcome, but may not be in beds or sofas.

We are looking for tenants who appreciate nature, the environment, proximity to water and living in the countryside. The location of the house is wonderful next to the water. Evening sun on the back of the house where barbecue and outdoor furniture are available.

Preferably rented weekly during high season (June, July, August). Sundays-Sundays.

Cleaning is done by the tenant.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge an electric car.
