Cozy cottage with an attractive location just a few minutes' walk to lovely sandy beach (Sandbybadet) and scenic seaside meadows along the sea on the picturesque northern Öland.

Renovated in 2023. Cozy garden with a large patio (75 sqm) where you can relax and enjoy the sun from morning till evening. After a day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening sun, barbecue, and play ball games on the lawn.

The house consists of a total of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. 7 beds with the possibility of an extra sleeping place on the sofa bed in the living room.

Within walking distance is First Camp camping with activities such as mini-golf, playground, paddle courts, and summer entertainment with singing and dancing. Löttorp is approximately 5 km away with shops, cafes, restaurants, Systembolaget (liquor store), and Ica (grocery store). If you want to play golf, Öland's golf club is 7 km away. Borgholm is 45 km away and Böda Sand about 10 km away.
