Family-friendly countryside house close to lake

Welcome to Hälsinge farm Lars-Jons, dating back to the 17th century! A spacious house with a quiet and secluded location with plenty of space for a larger group. Close to summer- and winter fishing, hiking trails, baths, nature reserves and skiing. 4 hours from Stockholm by car.

The house is 200 square meters with three bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Child-friendly with a large playroom, cot, potty and high chair. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The house is secluded with the peace of the forest around it. From the house it takes only 60 minutes to Järvsö, 30 minutes to Hassela Ski Resort and 10 minutes to Dellensjöarna.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a large sofa group and fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table with seven chairs, two children's chairs and a baby chair as well as a large fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed (180*200 cm) and a cot, and a toilet with a shower cubicle.

Upstairs there is a large and spacious room adapted for children's play with four built-in beds (all with 90*200 cm mattresses, two of which are under pitched ceilings with a little less actual space in length than 200 cm) and a smaller stove. Please note that the two upper beds are reached by a permanently installed ladder.

Upstairs there is also a bedroom with two single beds (90*200 cm) and a small work corner.

You will have access to all rooms in the house. There are pillows and blankets in all beds, and there is basic equipment in the kitchen such as kitchen towels, dish soap, plastic bags and spices.

Cleaning can be requested for an additional 1500 SEK.
Rental of sheets and towels costs 100 SEK/person.
These fees are to be paid four days before arrival at the latest.

Rental och sheets and towels is only offered to guests who pays for cleaning as they can only be washed in connection to cleaning (which is done by a professional cleaning company).

Unfortunately, we can't offer electric car charging.

Guests staying during winter might have to do some snow shoveling from the parkting to the entrance (the parking is next to the house) upon arrival and during the stay if there has been have snowing a lot, as we are not at the house every day. There is a snow shovel at the house.

In winter, a four-wheel drive car with studded tires is highly recommended. The house is isolated and plowing does not always take place immediately after heavy snowfall.

Mobile coverage is available with Telia. Other mobile operators have limited coverage in the house. Wi-fi is available in the house.
