New house built in 2022 with 4.5 meter ceiling height, large glass areas with lots of light.
The house has a large natural plot, which borders the forest with fine forest paths with rich wildlife, you often see sea eagles and other birds of prey circling the meadows. The house is located on a hill surrounded by pines with a view over the meadows where you can see both deer and moose.
Feel free to take a trip to pick berries and mushrooms in the forest right next door.
The house has a quiet and private location without visibility and is located at the end of a private road without traffic.

A rowing boat is included in the rent, the boat mooring is on the main property approx. 500m away, there are plenty of archipelago islands nearby for swimming, fishing, picnics, etc.
2 child-friendly swimming areas with a sandy beach and a jetty are within 1800m of the house.
The woods around the house are filled with berries and mushrooms and for those interested in fishing there is a very popular idyllic fishing cove within 500m.

The house consists of a large bright combined kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, a fully tiled bathroom and a reading corner in the loft.
In the kitchen there is an induction hob, convection oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The living room part has a sofa, wicker chairs, TV and wood stove.
Fully tiled bathroom with shower and WC as well as washing machine and tumble dryer.
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.
Outside the glass doors is a wooden deck in the west position with chairs, table and barbecue. The plot is a natural plot without lawn.
Mobile broadband with WIFI and TV for streaming services are available in the cottage.

15 minutes from the cottage (by car or SL) there are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, post offices, cinemas and museums in Norrtälje. SL bus stop 250 meters from the cottage.
2 km from the cabin is Solö jetty with regular ferry traffic (Waxholmsbolaget) for trips to various islands nearby, for example Furusund.

From the cottage, distance by car to: Marholmen (restaurant, spa, playground, swimming beach) 5 min. Solö bath 3 min, Penningby castle 5 min, Bergshamra (ICA store) 8 min, Norrtälje 15 min, Furusund 20 min, Vaxholm 50 min, Stockholm 60 min, Arlanda 55 min, Uppsala 70 min, Kapellskär 20 min.
