Villshärad has a fantastic 4 kilometers sand beach, which also is a nature reserve. The nature reserve offers great walking or jogging among the pine trees and in the dunes with several highlighted tracks. Close to several golf courses including Tylösand. A summer restaurant at the church nearby, a great pizzeria some minutes away, and Riccardo fantastic Italian ice cream 5 km away. Fresh vegetables can be bought at the farmer's store and a big food store 9 km from the cottage. Good public transport to Halmstad and Tylösand.
