Large house and little boat Resarö, Vaxholm

Large (245) sqm) house situated high on Resarö island with a nice view. Partial seeview from some of the rooms. bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. There are two bedroom(160 cm bed), one room with a bedsofa(80/160 cm bed) and extra bed and one room( a 140 cm bed).
There is a gasfired BBQ, outdoor furniture on the large veranda. Nice sauna just by the veranda. Lush, terraced garden with all day sunshine. Ca 300 m from the house there is a bridge, where there is a small boat for fishing and picnic.The boat is included in the rent of the house. A small supermarket,restaurant and summer cafe are within walking distance. The nearest town is the seaside town of Vaxholm. This pretty little town has several small shops, restaurants and cafés aswell as supermarkets, a hotel, a fortress museum and a cinema. Vaxholm is also a hub for the local boat traffic which operates in the archipelago so island trips are easy to arrange. Public transport to Stockholm & Vaxholm which takes about 40 min to Stockholm and 10 min to Vaxholm. A trip to Stockholm by car takes about 25 min. Stockholm offers the usual attractions of a capital city - shopping, museums (including the world famous "Wasa museum"), restaurants and cafes, the "old town", amusement park and of course the unique Stockholm archipelago etc.Several short cruises to Finland and Estonia leave daily throughout the year. svetur.se/sv/vaxholm for information about Vaxholm.
