Spacious and lovely dwelling located in detached house, fully furnished and with modern standard.
Near area for country walks, swimming and fishing lake also available in the area.
Here you will have the opportunity to lend a rowing boat to row in the pond, you will also have access to a large and wonderful ground plot.
The house is rented by the week or after agreement.
The lodgers will have access from 15:00 on the arrival day and shall departure at the latest 12:00 on the departure day.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Final cleaning before departure is done by the lodger or bought for an extra fee of SEK 800 / week. For any longer period, a final cleaning fee will always be added.

Directions:
Are you arriving from Växjö or Alvesta drive road 27 towards Värnamo and Gothenburg. When you have passed junction Sjöatorp, the house is on your left after circa 3Km. If you are arriving from Gothenburg on road 27, the house is located 10Km after Rydaholm.

A fantistic side to stay! The pictures doesn't tell everything - it was a big positive impression when we entered the rooms. Very clean and in newly conditions, also was the bathroom. The kitchen wall might be the oldest thing, but a lot of storage and everything worked fine. Big fridge and freezer - good in a hot summer like this year. Although it is near to the main road '27', you almost hear nothing from it - very less traffic. Roy and Birgitta are very friendly and helpful. Next bigger town with a supermarket etc. is Alvesta (under 10 minutes with the car) or Växjö with almost everything you might need (around 15 minutes). A nice lake to swim on the other side of the road or around 5 minutes with the car up to the north before Rydaholm. (a very nice beach and relaxing area there - with toilets and dressing rooms). All in all I would give you 5 stars, Roy and Birgitta!
