19th century farmhouse with rural location

Cosy Proselinsgården in the summer idyll Bjursås (also called Dalarna´s Schweiz), 20km north of Falun and 25km south of Rättvik, with a total of 15 berths. The old farmhouse from the 19th century is newly renovated and has two smaller bedrooms with 2 beds in each, and one large room with bunk beds. One lounge on each floor with a TV, on the first floor with sofas, and on the ground floor the TV is available in the large "hall" with room for the whole party. In the hall on the ground floor, there is also a wood burner and nice armchairs available for lovely companionship. Behind the kitchen there is a bedroom with a double bed, together with a bunk bed and a table. Country kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, ready for a magical meal. Shower and WC. The dwelling is located on an old farm near Bjurså´s Ridklubb, with scenic surroundings.

A short walk from the farmhouse (circa 300 mts) there is an illuminated track of about 3,5km together with a hiking trail (Vildmarksleden) and a nice and relatively newly built outdoor gym with a miles wide view. Nearby (about 3km) is also slalom slopes (Bjursås Ski Center). Bus communications available from Falun, bus stop circa 1,5km from the dwelling.

About 13km from the farmhouse is the village Sörskog, which during winter has very nice ski tracks.

You are able to go fishing in several lakes in Bjursås (fishing permit required). Here there are lakes with perch and northern pike, together with lovely meres with game fish.

Road description:
Turn in from road 69 in Bjursås, drive towards the centre circa 1km. Turn left towards Dössbergets Värdshus. Continue past Dössberget circa 400 mts until you reach the farmhouse on your left-hand side.
