Villa Gnisvard - 1½ floor, new build, 13 beds

GuteBo offers modern houses of different sizes in Tofta, Gotland. Our business has been running since 2008. The new house Villa Gnisvärd is now being built in the winter of 2016/17 and will be ready for the summer season 2017.

Villa Gnisvärd is a 1½ floor house with an open floor plan, generous space and modern equipment. The house has in total 11 + 2 beds.

The ground floor houses a large combined dining and living room with sofas, armchairs and dining table. One couch is a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped with modern facilities such as a dishwasher. The area above the living room is partly open up to the roof ridge. At the short end of the house there are large windows and a door out to the patio. The ground floor has two bedrooms with four beds that can either stand together or separated. Here you will also find the larger bathroom in the house with two showers, separated by a wall. The bathroom also contains a washing machine.

Tofta is known for its long sandy beach, amenities and proximity to Visby. You can try various water activities such as windsurfing on the beach. You will find a number of restaurants, cafés, beach lounge, supermarket and mini golf next to the beach. At dusk anticipated a beautiful sunset. Visby is easily accessible by car (20 min), bus or bicycle. Tofta is also a perfect starting point to discover the rest of Gotland.

Directions:
The house is located in Tofta, 18 kilometres south of Visby along route 140. The drive from Visby takes about 20 minutes. When you see the sign "Kastanjegården" turn right onto the narrow road. It is also possible to take buss no. 10 from Visby to station "Kroks".
