This charming house built in 1911 is located on the island Ljusterö in the Stockholm archipelago. There are large lawns, a lilac arbour, patios and fruit trees on the privately situated plot.
Lovely patio with bay view. Glass veranda with dining area for up to 10 persons. Living room with turn of the century-feeling and a tiled stove. Large charming country-style kitchen with gas and wood-fired stoves. Spacious dining area.
Bathroom with WC and shower. Bedroom with double bed.

On the upper floor you'll find 3 more bedrooms and a living room with a balcony facing the sea.

The guest cabin can be rented on request and consists of 4 beds, bathroom + kitchenette..
Small patio by the bay with chairs and table.

The wood-fired sauna is located directly by the sea, with a relax room, a nice jetty, a bathe ladder to the sea. Privately situated. At the private boat jetty there's a barbecue area with outdoor furniture, another bathe ladder and a floating stage. Space for own boat, sailboat depth.

For those who want beach bathing, there is a nice public bathing area with sandy beach within about 20 minutes walking distance.

Only 500 metres from the house there is a tour boat from Åsättra pier where you can make excursions to Möja, Finnhamn, Svartsö etc. Waxholmsbolaget timetable 12. Extended timetable in summer. There you will also find a kiosk with cafe service open during summer weeks 25-32.

Ljusterö has got 1600 inhabitants, many interesting things to see of historical value, forests for berry and mushroom picking as well as recreational activities in the vincinity; horse-back riding, fishing or boat trips to the outer archipelago.

Distance to Stockholm 57 km, approx. 1 hour by car.
